Prices and discounts

The prices apply for a minimum stay of 4 nights per apartment and night, with occupancy of minimum 2 persons.

For every additional person we charge 10,00 €/night.

The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, final cleaning and any fees and taxes, with the exception of local tax.

The amount of local tax is calculated based on the municipal regulation at the time of the stay: aktually 1,75€ per day and person with 14 years, from 01.01.2024: 2,50€ at day and person with 14 years.

Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.

Pets

Pets are welcome only in the apartments Almrose and Enzian!

Reservation

Please note: The booking becomes binding at a payment of a deposit for confirmation (booking guarantee) and the transmission of the booking confirmation. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed.

Additional charges and terms of payment

Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit has been paid.

The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. We will also apply the below cancellation conditions.

For stays of less than 3 days there is the price of high saison.

The fee for final cleaning is already included in the price.

Payment:  Please pay cash on site, non-transferable check,or bank transfer.
Since December 6^th 2011, according to the Legislative Decree 201/2011, in Italy it is no longer allowed to pay amounts above € 999.99 in cash.

Arrival and departure

Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 16 p.m. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 16 p.m. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 09.30 a.m. Other times are possible upon request

Cancellation

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code
According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal.
